Move the portal so the oncoming projectiles go through it and hit the switch, then build a bridge across the pit to get over it. Jump all the way left, then back again, and jump as soon as they're starting to come back up. Traversing up the platforms ahead is all a matter of timing. Move through this passage, read the book to learn more about the background story of the Kingdom's perill, and jump into the portal to get to the next section. Use the portals here to reach the experience orbs, then move the crate onto the platform to open up the hatch. Drop down, kill the Salamanders, and reach the very bottom where you will dismantle multiple pipes in order to prevent the Salamanders from leaving the cauldrons, then proceed toward the right. Take the bubble up toward the next level, killing a Spider on the way there. Build a windpipe up to follow it through to reach the next area. Use this crate to break the shelf that a pipe is resting on toward the bottom left of this section, then move the portal to right below the pipe on the bottom right and shoot an arrow into it from the other portal to break the shelf and get the other pipe. In the next section, drop down and conjure a small crate. Jump up and over the boulders and move toward the stairs, you'll confront a Spider on your way up them, kill it. Keep the Knight's shield up and it'll be easy to get past them. This next section has two wheels of fire. Pull the lever to open the door and move along to the next section. You'll have to kill another Spider if you choose to drop down. Leap down when the last one is starting to come back up again and skip the first one altogether. Keep an eye on these platforms, as the first and last ones drop at their own will. Prepare to jump fast as the platforms ahead will drop. Stack some crates to reach the next level, then jump off, following the path of experience orbs. Change to the Knight once you make it across and kill the Spiders, then go up and back toward the left. You'll take some damage, but not enough to kill any of your characters. Instead, place a plank across the fire and run straight across. Enter the door and proceed to the next section.ĭon't remove the pipe beneath you, or Salamanders will start crawling out of the cauldron and attack you. The barrel on the rolling platform should now be on the second button. Push it to the right so the crate presses the button. Place a crate on the first switch you see, then place a second one up on the platform. The easiest way to get through the next section is by placing two crates ontop of eachother in a stack and laying two planks across them. Break through the barrier and move into the building. Head to the right to complete the level.Below is a table which shows the total amount of level experience, monster experience, and secrets that can be found in this level.Ĭonjure a couple of the Wizard's crates as well as a plank to create a bridge halfway across the burning chasm, then jump up and hit the switch. Keep moving toward the right and you will drop down a massive ramp, and then into a massive hole. Use the toadstool it grows to get up to the next ledge. Once you reach the bottom, use a crate and a plank to reach the seed with a ramp, and then levitate another plank to bridge the gap and send the water to the seed. Drop down and push the cart forward again. Use the Archer's grapple to get up to the cart above and use the Wizard's levitate ability to move it along the rail. You can lure him back toward the exploding barrels and let him blow himself up if you so choose to. Immediately after you head through the gate, there will be a Goblin Archer above, two Big Goblins, and a Flaming Sword Berserker who is very difficult to defeat. Once they are dead, pull the switch to open the gate. After you kill the second, drop down and prepare to fight two Big Goblins. There will be two Goblin Archers waiting for you here. Climb all the way up and move over the leaves to the right. Throw the Knight's hammer from the rotating platform to open up a path to the right. Time your jumps on these next few dropping platforms well in order to avoid the oncoming projectiles. Up top, hit the checkpoint and knock off the Goblin Fire Archer and the Big Goblin as well. Use the leaves to leap over the rocks, and remember, you can only pause on the big leaves, as the small ones will drop you quickly. The path ahead of you is guarded by a Giant, Deadly Spider, so you must move onward by following the path above it. Build a nice ramp using a plank and two crates to pour the water onto the seed.
